The connection between the column and the lifting platform and base of the column lift generally adopts the following main methods:
Bolt connection: Bolt connection is a common connection method between the column and the lifting platform and base. This method has the advantages of easy disassembly and simple maintenance. The use of high-strength bolts can ensure the firmness of the connection and reduce the loosening phenomenon under load. At the same time, the bolt connection needs to be used with a strong gasket to prevent the connection from failing due to vibration during long-term use.
Welding: In some cases, in order to enhance the strength and stability of the connection, the column can be connected to the platform or base by welding. The welded connection has high strength, but once the welding is completed, it is relatively difficult to maintain and replace parts later. Welding is usually used on parts that do not need to be disassembled frequently.
Flange connection: Flange connection is a method of achieving a stable connection by fixing the flange to the column and the platform or base. This connection method is suitable for large lifts and can withstand large lateral forces to ensure the stability of the equipment during use.
The fixing of the column of the column lift mainly involves the following aspects:
Ground fixing: The bottom of the column is usually fixed to the ground by anchor bolts to ensure that the column will not tilt or move during use. The selection of anchor bolts should be selected according to the load requirements of the column to ensure its tensile and shear resistance. When fixing on the ground, the strength and stability of the ground material should be taken into account to ensure that it can withstand long-term loads.
Adjustment and correction: When installing the column, its verticality and horizontality need to be ensured. Before fixing, a level is usually used for preliminary correction to ensure that the column is upright and stable. After the bolts are fixed, the verticality of the column should be checked again to ensure the accuracy of its position.
Anti-rust treatment: In order to improve the durability of the column and the connecting parts, the bolts and welding parts are usually treated with anti-rust. For example, galvanizing or spraying anti-rust paint can be used to prevent corrosion caused by environmental factors and extend the service life of the equipment.
