Fault analysis and solutions for electrical control systems
Take the GE OEC-8800 mobile C-arm X-ray machine as an example. The column lifting mechanism of this equipment relies on the close cooperation of the 24V DC motor and the power/motor control circuit board. When the equipment has the fault of "no response when pressing the descending button", the control circuit board (Power/Motor Relay PCB) should be checked first to see if it is powered normally, especially the status of the 36VDC power supply. According to the circuit diagram analysis, 115V AC enters the column lifting power supply control device PS3 through relays K15/K16. If the output of the CONTROL socket point9 terminal of PS3 is abnormal, the descending control signal will be directly invalid. After further disassembling PS3, it was found that the failure of its internal transformer T2, rectifier bridge VD5-8 and filter capacitor will directly affect the output of +36VDC. It is necessary to use a multimeter to detect the voltage of each node to accurately locate the fault point.

Fault diagnosis and treatment of hydraulic system
Common faults of hydraulic lifts include lifting overload, air mixed in oil, and hydraulic oil solidification. When the equipment has the phenomenon of "slow lifting", the quality of the hydraulic oil should be checked first. In a low temperature environment, the viscosity of the hydraulic oil may increase, resulting in poor oil supply. At this time, the hydraulic oil that meets the ISO VG32 standard needs to be replaced. If there is an abnormal sound during the lifting process, it may be due to insufficient lubrication at the slider. It is recommended to add MOBIL DTE 20 series hydraulic oil. If the hydraulic oil leaks, be sure to check whether the oil seal of the cylinder is deformed. If necessary, replace the Y-type seal ring to ensure the sealing and safety of the system.

Identification and repair of mechanical structure failures
During the use of the two-post car lift, the balance problem is particularly significant. When the equipment has the situation of "left and right imbalance during lifting", the tension meter should be used to detect the preload of the balance wire rope, and the standard value should be maintained at 300±20N. If the ground level deviation is found to exceed 2mm, it is recommended to use a laser level to calibrate the mounting base. In addition, the loosening of the anchor screws will also cause the lift to shake, and chemical anchor bolts need to be used for secondary fixation. Its tensile strength can reach 50kN to ensure the stability and safety of the lift.

Detection and maintenance of safety protection system failures
In the event that the anti-pinch protection mechanism of the lifting column fails, check whether the photoelectric switch's shooting angle is offset. Taking the Keou lifting column as an example, the effective detection distance of its infrared shooting sensor is 8 meters. If dust accumulates on the lens, it should be cleaned with anhydrous ethanol. If the equipment has an "automatic fall back" phenomenon, it is necessary to focus on checking the sealing of the return oil valve. The standard leakage should be less than 0.5ml/min. For more complex faults, such as failure of the hydraulic lock, it is necessary to use a pressure tester to test its pressure holding capacity. The normal value should be greater than or equal to 15MPa to ensure the safety and reliability of the equipment during use.
